This page explains what information this site collects, why, and how it is handled. It applies to aksyn.in and the OmniVoxx demo request form.

Who this policy covers

This site is operated by Aksyn Private Limited (“Aksyn”, “we”, “us”), the maker of OmniVoxx. For any question about this policy or your data, contact akash.philip.k@aksyn.in.

What we collect

The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to submit through the request a demo form:

Name, work email and company (required)
Role, approximate zone count and project stage (optional)
Region and PAVA system you select from the form's dropdowns
Anything you write in the free-text “anything else” field

Beyond the form, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data for every visit — such as IP address, browser type and request timestamps — the way most web servers do. This site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers of any kind. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated first.

Why we collect it

To arrange and prepare for the demo walkthrough you requested
To send the specification sheet and tender documentation related to your enquiry
To route your enquiry to the right sales manager based on the region you select

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Who processes it

Your submission is sent as an email using Resend, an email-delivery service, and this site is hosted on Vercel. Both process data solely to provide their respective service to us — sending the email and serving the website — and not for their own purposes. We don't use any other third-party processor for form data today.

How long we keep it

We keep a demo request only for as long as needed to respond to it and complete anything that follows from it — the walkthrough, the documents, any follow-up conversation. Once your enquiry is resolved, we delete it. You can also ask us to delete it sooner at any time (see “Your rights” below).

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time — just email akash.philip.k@aksyn.in. As an Indian company, we handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you are contacting us from the EU or UK, you have equivalent rights under GDPR, which we will honour on request.

Children

This site is intended for consultants, integrators and engineers evaluating OmniVoxx, not children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes — such as starting to use cookies or analytics — will be called out clearly here.
